O R D E R

% 27.11.2017 As per prosecution, petitioner was employed in M/s Rajshree International.

Petitioner's wife and his brother were also working there. They were managing the affairs of the company. Taking advantage of the fact that owner of the company was busy in sorting out some labour problem and her family affairs, petitioner and co-accused embezzled and misappropriated the funds of the company and also stole stocks of the company worth `69 lacs.

Petitioner is in custody for the past 11 months. Investigation is complete, inasmuch as, charge-sheet has already been filed. Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of

`25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
