Pursuant to the order dated 30.10.2017, on which date learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is willing to confine his relief in the present petition to the request made to the respondent for permission to retain the family quarter allotted to him at Jyoti Kunj Complex, Dwarka till the end of the academic year of his two sons, i.e., till the end of 31st March, 2018, learned counsel for the respondents states that he has obtained necessary instructions. He hands over a copy of the order dated 02.11.2017 issued by the DIG (Admn.), CRPF permitting the petitioner to retain the family quarters in question till 31.03.2018. The order dated 02.11.2017 passed by the respondent No.3 is taken on record. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner may be directed to file an affidavit in this court undertaking to hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the subject flat to the respondents on or before 31.03.2018.

The petitioner shall file an affidavit undertaking inter alia that he and his family members shall hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the subject flat allotted to him, on or before 31.03.2018, without any demur. The said affidavit shall be filed within two weeks with a copy to the other side. 4.
The present petition is disposed of along with the pending applications.
