% 30.10.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a government employee. The role assigned to him is of exhortation. The role of firing at the injured is assigned to co-accused. Petitioner had not hit anybody. The role of hitting with brick is also assigned to the co-accused Dinesh and Sunny.
Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the
satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/Station House Officer concerned.
Petitioner shall, however, cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to do so.
Anticipatory bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
