% 10.11.2017 Petitioner has approached this Court by the instant petition alleging illegal and unauthorized construction getting raised in H. No. 342, First Floor, Gagan Vihar, Delhi.

Mr. Tyagi, ld. counsel for respondent-EDMC submits that a demolition order has already come to be passed and now, the demolition is scheduled for 28.11.2017. In view thereof, the petition does not survive and is dismissed accordingly.
