O R D E R

% 09.11.2017 Babli, daughter of the petitioner has been produced in court. We have interacted with Babli as well as her parents in chamber.

Babli, daughter of the petitioner is willing to go back with her parents. Accordingly, her custody has been handed over to her parents in court today. Babli has assured us that she shall not leave her residence without intimation to her parents. The petitioner as well as

his wife have also assured this court that they shall maintain a loving relationship with Babli and shall look after her needs and desires. They have also assured us that they shall not pressurize or coerce Babli to get married to any person before she attains the age of 18 years and even thereafter, she shall not be coerced to marry with a person other than the person of her choice.

The present petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. A copy of this order be given dasti under signature of court master to the parties.
