% 29.11.2017 This writ petition is more in the nature of a representation seeking preliminary enquiry apropos one Mr. Dariyal Singh, who has been employed as a Sanitary Guard, Narela Zone, Ward No.3, North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC), because the petitioner questions the educational qualification of the said person.

It is the petitioner's case that his representation to the respondent No.1/NDMC has not yielded any appropriate response.

Issue notice.

Ms. Monika Arora, Advocate accepts notice for the respondent No.1/NDMC whereas Mr. Jamal Akhtar, Advocate accepts notice on behalf Mr. Rahul Mehra, the Standing Counsel for GNCTD.

This petition shall be treated as a representation by the respondent NDMC and after examining the matter, whatever be the decision on the process initiated by the said respondent, it shall be duly communicated to the petitioner.
