O R D E R

% 31.01.2018 Pursuant to the mediation settlement dated 24.01.2018 arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent no.2, the complainant in terms of Clause d of the said settlement agreement dated 24.01.2018 arrived at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, a sum of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of a demand draft bearing no. 109961 dated 29.01.2018 drawn on Syndicate Bank, Fatehpur Beri, Delhi had been paid to the respondent no.2 on 30.01.2018 and balance sum of Rs. 50,000/- payable in terms of the said Clause B of the settlement agreement has been handed over today to the respondent no.2 vide the demand draft bearing no. 109967 dated 30.01.2018 in the name of the respondent no.2, Ms. Deepika Sharma drawn on Syndicate Bank, copy of which has been submitted on the record. In view thereof, it has been submitted on behalf of the State and

on behalf of the respondent no.2 that there is no opposition to the grant of bail.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, as also submitted on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the directions that he shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.

The Bail Application is disposed of.
