By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking directions to Respondents No.1 to 5 to provide adequate security to protect the life and liberty of the Petitioner from brutal acts of Respondent No.6 and 7. 2.
None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated passovers.

On the last date of hearing the petitioner was asked to appear along with the proof of her residence at the address mentioned in the petition. 4.
Today she has failed to appear, despite repeated passovers. 5.
Status report on behalf of the State has been filed which is to the following effect:- "........... The statements of Rajender Singh and Shashi were also taken as they are the tenants of WZ-189 Naraina Village, W.P.(CRL) 3050/2017
New Delhi. Shashi stated in her statement that Anita is the wife of her cousin brother and she is not residing at WZ-189 Naraina Village, New Delhi. On dated 18/10/17 Shashi and Rajender Singh went to their native village Uttrakhand in between Amita came first time to their house and stayed one night and in the next morning she went back. They also stated that Anita is not residing with them at WZ-189 Naraina Village, New Delhi."
