CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 13.08.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent nos.2 to 4 are present in Court and accept notice. They have been identified by SI C.P.Singh of police station Jamia Nagar. Respondent nos.2 to 4 submit that they have settled all their disputes with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Compromise Deed dated 23.10.2017. They further submit that they have no objection in case FIR No.501/2015 under Sections 323/354/506/34 IPC registered at police station Jamia Nagar and the consequent proceedings are quashed against the petitioners and their

relatives.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of, in the above terms.

Dasti.
