% 14.11.2017 The petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 162/2016 under Section 377 IPC P.S. Adarsh Nagar because allegedly the matter has been settled amicably between the parties.
The nature of the allegations is serious and the Court does not deem it appropriate to quash the FIR in these circumstances.
Mr.Sanjay Lao the learned counsel for the respondent states that charge-sheet in the matter is ready and the same is likely to be filed within a period of three weeks. Let it be so done.
The learned counsel for the parties states that they shall cooperate in the expeditious disposal of the case and promptly appear before the Trial Court whenever so required for trial. The petition is disposed off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J NOVEMBER 14, 2017/acm
