The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that these petitions were filed in 2017 when GST was introduced and there were various tedious issues which were faced by the Assessees. Hence, meetings were directed during the course of these petitions and several issues have been resolved. Therefore, learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that they do not wish to press these petitions any longer.
