By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner has made the following prayers:- (i) To direct investigation of the case FIR No.493/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Delhi Cantt. to the Crime Branch; (ii) To direct the respondent No.3 to add Section 417/419/420/376/120B/34 IPC in the aforesaid FIR and make the investigation fairly. 2.

Status report on behalf of the State has been filed. 3.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy as per law. 4.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
