HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE J.R. MIDHA

O R D E R

% 22.11.2017 CM No. 40647/2017(Exemption) Allowed, subject to just exceptions.

CM(M) 1274/2017 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 17th March, 2017 whereby the learned Family Court is directed to pay litigation expenses to the respondent.

The petitioner present in person submits that respondent has means to bear the litigation expenses and therefore no litigation expenses be awarded to the respondent.

There is no infirmity in the award of the litigation expenses to the respondent in a petition filed by the petitioner against the respondent. There is no merit in this petition which is hereby dismissed. J.R. MIDHA, J.
