Learned counsel for the respondents states that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed in terms of the order dated 06.01.2018, whereunder the competent authority has approved the grant of 2nd financial upgradation under the ACP Scheme, 1999 to the petitioner with effect from 15.01.2005. As a result, the petitioner's pay has been re-fixed from the said date in the pay scale of `5500-175-9000 and onward in the revised pay scale upto 01.01.2006.

A copy of the order dated 06.01.2018 along with the order dated 06.01.2008 passed in respect of the petitioner has been handed over by the learned counsel for the respondents, with a copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3.

The present petition is disposed of.
