% 16.11.2017 This petition under Section 29(A)(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred as to the 'Act') has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for pronouncing the Award in the arbitration between the parties arising out of the agreement dated 12.11.2011.

I have perused the contents of the petition and find there is justifiable cause for seeking such extension. The same is also not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the time for making of the award is extended for a period of nine months from today. Dasti.
