% 22.03.2018 Mr.Manish Chaurasia, Managing Director of the respondent Company is present in person. He undertakes to pay to the petitioner an amount of Rs.1,84,084/- in four equal monthly installments, starting from 10.04.2018. In view of the undertaking, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the same in case need so arises in future.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
