Apropos the Order dated 11.12.2024 passed by this Court, a copy of the Relinquishment Deed has been handed over by the Decree Holder to the Judgment Debtor No.3.

As far as the execution of documents pertaining to Property bearing No.330, First Floor, Hakikat Nagar, Delhi - 110009 and Property bearing No.2664, Hudson Line, Kingsway Camp, Delhi - 110009 are concerned, they have to be executed before the Sub-Registrar, Rohini on 08.01.2025. The Decree Holder is directed to bring a Demand Draft of Rs.14 lakhs in favour of Judgment Debtor No.3 on 08.01.2025. Judgment Debtor No.3 is directed to be present before the Sub-Registrar on 08.01.2025 and shall not leave the office of the Sub-Registrar till the documents are registered. 3.
Similarly, as far as the execution of documents pertaining to Property EX.P. 95/2017 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 02/07/2025 at 23:12:50
bearing No.607, Kashmere Gate, Hamilton Road, Delhi is concerned, they have to be executed by Judgment Debtor No.3 before the Sub-Registrar, Kashmere Gate on 20.12.2024 at 11:00 AM.

It is made clear that Judgment Debtor No.3 and all other Parties who have to execute the documents shall be present before the office of the SubRegistrar and shall not leave the office of the Sub-Registrar till the documents are registered.

It is also made clear that Judgment Debtor No.3 shall co-operate in executing all the Deeds in accordance with the Settlement Agreement before the concerned authorities. Non-cooperation by any of the parties to the Settlement Agreement would amount to wilful disobedience of the Orders of this Court.

With these observations, the execution petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.
