Counsel for the respondent submits that the unauthorized construction in the subject property has been booked and after the passing of the demolition order, part demolition has already been carried out on 23.11.2017 and that, further demolition is fixed for 12.12.2017. In view of the action stated to have been taken and contemplated, nothing further survives in the petition. Petition and the pending application stand disposed off in the said terms. Should there be any fresh cause of action, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
