% 06.12.2018 Keeping in view the status report filed by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation and action indicated therein, counsel for the petitioner submits that now in the light of the aforesaid report, matter can be disposed of. However, if any grievance still subsists subsequently, the petitioner may invoke the jurisdiction of the Special Task Force constituted under the orders of the Supreme Court passed in W.P.(Civil) No. 4677/1985 M.C. Mehta v. UOI and Ors.

The petition stands disposed of.
