% 30.10.2017 It is submitted that after resolving their differences, petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 have started living together since 21st July, 2017. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Sudesh of Police Station Jaffarpur Kalan.

Keeping in mind that husband and wife have started living together after resolving their differences, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice FIR No.65/2013 under Sections 498-A/406/323/34 IPC

registered at Police Station Jaffarpur Kalan and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
