This is a joint application on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, whereby the Plaintiff and Defendant jointly pray for a decree in terms of the compromise enumerated in paragraphs No. 3 to 5 of the application. 2.

Counsel mentioned in the appearance above, confirm the compromise and pray that the suit be decreed in terms thereof. The aforenoted application is duly supported by affidavits of the Authorized Representatives of the parties.

The Court has perused the terms of compromise, as recorded in paragraphs No. 3 to 5 of the instant application, and finds the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of Plaintiff and against the Defendant, in terms of paragraph No. 25(i) to (iii) of the plaint read along with the compromise terms stipulated in paragraphs No. 3 to 5 of the application, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the compromise. 5.

Decree sheet be drawn up.
