O R D E R

% 30.10.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that large quantity of liquor was recovered from the sister of the complainant pursuant to the information

provided by the petitioner.

As a counterblast, present FIR No. 280/2017 under Sections 323/341/452/34 IPC has been got registered by the complainant at Police Station Paschim Vihar against the petitioner. Complainant has alleged that kirpan was used but no incise wound is there, as per the MLC. Injured was discharged from the hospital on the same day. Learned APP submits that custodial interrogation is required. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on anticipatory bail subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. However, petitioners shall, however, cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when they are called upon to do so.

Both the bail applications are disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
