% 16.02.2018 Vide impugned order of 23.08.2017 a direction was given to the appellant - bank to release the pension amount. This Court is of the opinion that the writ petition is pending and since the impugned order is not final, all the contentions including the correctness of the attachment order or the reasonableness of the release of amount, would be subject to final outcome of the proceedings, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed. All rights and contentions of the parties are however kept open.
