O R D E R

% 12.01.2018 Petitioner is seeking quashing of present FIR No. 1180/2017 under Section 354A/509 IPC registered at PS Mangol Puri on the complaint of respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 2 is present. It is stated that the parties have settled their disputes. This was with the intervention of the elders and senior members of the family. Petitioner and his family had in fact started living separately but they have now re-joined the family of respondent No. 2 and her husband. Respondent No. 2 and her husband have been blessed with baby boy. They are living happily in a joint family. The grand father-in-law of respondent No. 2 is also present. He also lends his assurance to the Court informing the Court that the parties are now at peace with one another. To secure the ends of justice and in the interest of the

family, it would be appropriate if the present FIR is quashed. Accordingly, the present FIR No. 1180/2017 under Section 354A/509 IPC registered at PS Mangol Puri and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition disposed of.
