This matter is taken up on an office note that the appellant has not deposited costs of Rs.25,000/- as was ordered on 3.1.2018. 2.

It is seen that the order dated 3.1.2018 was challenged by the appellant before the Supreme Court and there is a letter issued by the Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court dated 5.3.2018, appearing in this file that the challenge by the appellant to the order dated 3.1.2018 stands dismissed.

In view of the above, list before the concerned Joint Registrar for enforcing the order of payment of costs which were to be deposited with the website www.bharatkeveer.gov.in. The concerned Joint Registrar can recover the costs by executing the order of costs including by attachment of the sale of the properties of the appellant. RFA 991/2017

List before the Joint Registrar on 1st May, 2018. 5.

In addition to listing the matter before the Joint Registrar for recovery of costs, notice of contempt is issued to the appellant, without process fee and through the Delhi High Court Process Serving Agency, returnable before the Joint Registrar on the date fixed i.e. 1.5.2018.
