% 08.11.2017 It is submitted by both the counsels that the arguments have been addressed before the learned arbitrator and the matter is kept reserved for orders. It is also submitted that the period of arbitration has expired on 16th August, 2017 and it needs to be extended. Both the counsels have no objection qua the extension of period for conducting the arbitration proceedings by the learned arbitrator. In the circumstances, the period is extended from 16th August, 2017 till two month from today.

The petition stands disposed of.
