% 28.11.2017 The matter is taken up on mentioning by Mr. Keshav Mohan, Advocate.

It is stated by Mr. Keshav Mohan, Advocate that there is typographical error in the judgment dated 14.11.2017, wherein his appearance was wrongly marked for the petitioner in place of the respondents. It is also stated that Mr. Shanmuga Patro, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 14.11.2017. The typographical error in this regard stands corrected. The appearance of Mr. Keshav Mohan and Mr. Piyush Choudhary, Advocates be read as counsel for respondents along with Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate. Also, the appearance of Mr. Shanmuga Patro, Advocate be read as counsel for the petitioner in the judgment dated 14.11.2017.

Similarly in para 2 of the judgment dated 14.11.2017, it has come on record that Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, though it should have been mentioned that Mr. Keshav Mohan, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Accordingly in para 2 of the judgment dated 14.11.2017, the name of Mr. Rajesh Kumar is replaced with the name of Mr. Keshav Mohan, Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. It is taken on record that Mr. Keshav Mohan, Mr. Piyush Choudhary and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Advocates have appeared on behalf of the respondents.
