The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, challenging the order dated 26.12.2016 passed by the Assistant Director of Estates and the order dated 16.03.2017 passed by the Appellate Authority. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents states, on instructions, that the respondents are withdrawing the said orders with liberty to institute such proceedings as may be available.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the orders impugned in the present petition - orders dated 26.12.2016 and 16.03.2017 - do not survive.

The petition is accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the respondents to initiate such proceedings as they deem fit in accordance with law.
