This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order [dated 10th October, 2017 in CS No.9175/2016 of the Court of Additional District Judge (ADJ)-01 (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi] closing the evidence of the petitioner/plaintiff. 4.

The counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff states that the learned ADJ has vide order passed today, granted another opportunity to the petitioner/plaintiff to lead evidence and hence she withdraws this petition. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs.
