This is a petition filed under section 11, 14 and 15 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The substantive prayer made in the petition is as follows:- "Substitute and appoint the new arbitrator in place of Hon'ble Mr. Justice (Retd.) R.V. Raveendran former Judge, Supreme Court of India for, inter-alia, adjudication of demands and claims, disputes, differences etc. between the parties arising out of the work order as mentioned in para 3 hereinabove." 3.

To be noted, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner, however, Mr. Gaurave Bhargava who appears on behalf of the respondent says that Hon'ble Mr. Justice Swatanter Kumar, former Judge, Supreme O.M.P. (T) (COMM.) 80/2017

Court of India has been appointed as a substitute arbitrator in place of Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.V. Raveendran former Judge, Supreme Court of India. 4.

It appears that the petition has worked itself out. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
