Status report has been filed by the SHO, PS Hauz Qazi. As per the status report two PCR calls were received on 8th October, 2017 recorded vide DD Nos. 12A and 14A respectively. On reaching the spot, ASI Rajesh Kumar found that there was a brawl going on between the two groups and members of each group were pelting bricks and stones on each other. Five persons including the complainant Shiv Kumar were injured from the side of the complainant, whereas eight persons from the side of petitioner were injured.

The injuries to Narender, Shashank and Vicky have been opined to be simple whereas injuries to Sangeeta have been opined to be grievous. Opinion on the MLC of Shiv Kumar is pending BAIL APPLN. 2160/2017

Considering that the injuries were received by both the parties and cross-FIR has also been registered on the complaint of brother of the present petitioner, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. 5.

Petition is disposed of.
