Vide order dated 30th October, 2017, this petition was allowed and representative of the petitioner / plaintiff / applicant appointed as Receiver for taking possession of the vehicle hypothecated with the petitioner / plaintiff / applicant. 2.
This application has been filed pleading that the make and registration number of the vehicle remained to be mentioned in the order. The petitioner / plaintiff / applicant has in the application, set out the make and registration number of the vehicle qua which orders were sought and have been granted. 3.
Considering the fact that the petition was allowed ex parte, need to issue notice of this application is not felt.

The application is allowed.

It is clarified that the make and registration number of the vehicle which the Receiver appointed vide order dated 30th October, 2017 has been empowered to take possession of, is as under:
