% 10.11.2017 By these petitions, it has been prayed that following cross FIRs may be quashed in view of the settlement, details whereof are as under:- (a) FIR No.

285/2013 under Sections By:AMULYA

308/323/324/3251341/354/397/452/506/509/354B IPC registered at P.S. Paschim Vihar on the complaint of Vivek Yadav (respondent no. 6) in Cr1. MC No.4613/2017 and petitioner no. 5 in Cr1. M.C. No.4627/20 17; and (b) FIR No. 273/2013 under Sections 307/326/354/506/34 IPC registered at P.S. Paschim Vihar on the complaint of Rajeev Yadav (respondent no. 2) in Cr1. MC No. 4627/20 17 and petitioner no. 1 in Cr1. M.C. No. 4613/2017. Petitioners and private respondents are related to each other. It is submitted that a quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue, which led to physical fight, resulting injuries to both the sides in each others' hands.

With the intervention of elders in their families, petitioners and private respondents have now settled their disputes amicably in order to '4 maintain harmonious relations in future, vide a Settlement/Compromise Deed dated 27th May, 2017. They say that, they have settled the matter of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Private respondents (complainants), in both the cases, are present in Court and have been identified by ASI Banwari Lal of police station Paschim Vihar. They further submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIRs any further and both the FIRs may be quashed.

closely related to each other and a quarrel ensued between them on some trivial matter, which had led to registration of the cross FIRs and they have now settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations in future, in the interest of justice both the FIRs, that is FIR No. 285/2013 under Sections 308/323/324/325/34 1/354/3971452/506/5091354-B IPC and FIR No. .273/2013 under Sections 307/326/354/506/34 IPC, both registered at P.S. Paschim Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
