This petition has been filed complaining that on account of retirement of the Administrative Member of the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal on 30th June, 2017, the Tribunal has been rendered coram non-judice rendering the functioning of entire Tribunal dysfunctional with the result affecting valuable rights of the parties. 2.

We are informed by Mr. Naushad Ahmad Khan, ld. Addl. Standing Counsel for the GNCTD that vide Notice F.No.47/Policy/RCS/2012/243 dated 29th November, 2017, Sh. Kailash Chandra (Retired IAS) AGMUT:1947 has been appointed as Administrative Member in the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal and as such there is no vacancy in the said Tribunal. Pg.1 of 2

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in this writ petition.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
