% 13.11.2017 1.
The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 01.09.2017 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in OA No.536/2017 whereby the earlier directions given on 30.05.2017 were modified and it was directed that all appointments shall be made subject to the outcome of the OA and no rights shall accrue to the private respondents on being so appointed. W.P.(C) 9713/2017
2.
We do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order as the interest of the petitioners has been duly protected. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the Tribunal be directed to expeditiously dispose of the pending OA. We are informed that the next date fixed for final arguments by the Tribunal is 19.02.2018. 3.
We do not see any reason to direct the Tribunal to expedite the hearing. However, it is made clear that the Tribunal shall not accommodate the respondents for an adjournment on the next date of hearing so that arguments can be addressed on the merits of the case. 4.
The petition is disposed of along with the pending application. 5.
Caveat also stands discharged.
