The present matter has been settled in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.
The Settlement Agreement dated 23rd July, (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), has been placed on record. 3.
The Settlement Agreement bears the signatures of Power of Attorney Holder of the plaintiff no. 1 and the defendant. 4.
The parties are present in Court and they affirm the terms of settlement and their signatures thereon.

The Settlement Agreement records that during the pendency of the suit, Mr. Paramjit Singh, plaintiff no. 2 herein had expired and his Legal Representatives were brought on record, who have chosen not to contest the present suit.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find CS(OS) 637/2018 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 26/08/2025 at 11:56:23
the same to be lawful.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 8.
Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 11.
The pending application stands disposed of.
12.
The original documents filed in the present suit be returned to the parties.
