% 10.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits Mr. Ashish Bhalla, Mr. Anil Bhalla, Mr. Amit Goel, Mr. Bhupender Singh Dadwal and Mr. Ravindra Kumar Shukla are erstwhile directors of petitioner and they have also been named in the FIR, therefore, these persons may be impleaded as respondent nos. 3 to 7 respectively in order to avoid any technical objection in future.

Ordered accordingly.

Amended memo of parties is taken on record.

FIR No. 186/2016 under Sections 406/409/420/120B IPC was registered against the petitioner at Economic Offences Wing on the

complaint of respondent no.2. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have amicably settled their disputes vide Settlement Deed dated 23rd October, 2017. This settlement Deed is also signed by the respondent nos. 3 to 7. It is prayed that aforesaid FIR be quashed in view of the settlement. Mr. Prit Pal Singh, Attorney of respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by Insp. Ashwini Kumar of EOW. He submits that settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, therefore, respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
