% 31.10.2018 Mr. Sachin Dutta, learned senior counsel, submits that since, an enforcement petition, i.e. OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 188/2018, has been filed, the captioned petition may not be necessary. Accordingly, the captioned petition is disposed of. Since, the orders in the captioned petition, the enforcement petition and in the petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, i.e. O.M.P. (COMM) 48/2017, are common, the orders passed to the extent necessary will continue to operate, notwithstanding the fact that the captioned petition has been disposed of.

Pending applications shall stand closed.
