% (ORAL) 1.

Against order of 29th April, 2017 (Annexure P-4), petitioner claims to have filed a Representation on 19th May, 2017 (Annexure P-5) with second respondent and it is asserted by petitioner's counsel that the said Representation has not been responded to.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent- Directorate of Education submits that if it is so, then Representation of 19th May, 2017 (Annexure P-5) shall be decided within four weeks and its fate would be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter. W.P.(C) 10750/2017

Let respondent-Directorate of Education decide petitioner's Representation of 19th May, 2017 (Annexure P-5) by passing a speaking order within four weeks, if not already decided and its fate be communicated to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. Needless to say, if petitioner's Representation of 19th May, 2017 (Annexure P-5) stands already decided, then its fate be communicated to petitioner within two weeks from today.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are disposed of.
