O R D E R

% 24.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 249/2013 under Sections 103/104 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Section 63 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 registered at police station Economic Offences Wing on the complaint of Mr. Deshpal Singh, Authorised Representative (A.R.) of respondent no.2. Mr. Despal Singh, A.R. is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Mukesh Kumar of police station Economic Offences Wing.

He admits that matter has been amicably settled between the petitioners and respondent no.2 vide Memorandum of Understanding dated

18th November, 2017, which has been placed on record. He further submits that respondent no.2 has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in view that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the petitioners only.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
