By this petition, the petitioner seeks Regular Bail in FIR No.816/2014 under Sections 302/34 IPC, Police Station Kalyanpuri. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2014. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions for expeditious trial are issued, the petitioner would not press the present petition.

In view of the above and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the Bail Appln.2308/2017

recording of the evidence of the prosecution witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of six months from the next date of hearing, (i.e. 01.05.2018).

The Petition is dismissed as withdraw with the aforesaid directions.
