O R D E R

% 02.11.2017 Arguments addressed on behalf of either side. It is submitted that there are no allegations against the petitioner in relation to commission of offences punishable under Sections 323/341/308/506/34 IPC, Police Station Mundka mentioned in the FIR and that all the allegations, if any, in relation to the assault on Satpal are against Naveen, the husband of the petitioner in as much as the hammer was hit allegedly on the injured by the said Naveen. Learned APP for the State further submits that it was the petitioner who handed over the hammer to her husband which resulted into the assault and injuries.

Without any observation on the merits or demerits of the case as it is averred in the FIR inter alia to the effect that the husband of the petitioner had taken the hammer from the hands of the petitioner the wife of Naveen, the co-accused, and the factum that there are no

previous antecedents against the petitioner, in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the direction that she shall not leave the country and shall not commit any further offence. The petition is disposed of accordingly.

A copy of order be given dasti, as prayed.
