% 05.12.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from VATO, states that as per verification, refund order is due and payment would be made within 15 days.
We take on record the statement and dispose of the writ petition. In case there is delay and non-payment, it will be open to the petitioner to file the contempt petition. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order or interest paid, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum.
