Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of order dated 03.11.2017.

It is contended that because of a typographical error in the order, the Police Station of the subject FIR has been recorded as Police Station Mandawali, instead of Police Station Jagat Puri. 3.

Perusal of the FIR shows that the said is a typographical error. 4.

Accordingly, the order dated 03.11.2017 is modified and reference to Police Station 'Mandawali' shall be read as Police Station 'Jagat Puri'.

The application is accordingly allowed in the above terms. 6.

The Registry is directed to upload today's order as a Corrigendum to order dated 03.11.2017.
