% 15.02.2018 By this petition the petitioner claims parole on the ground that the mother of the petitioner has to undergo operation which was scheduled on 31st October, 2017 and there was nobody to look after the mother as the father of the petitioner had expired and the brothers of the petitioner are busy in their family life.
After this petition was preferred by the petitioner before this Court as per the Nominal Roll, the petitioner was granted furlough for a period of three weeks by the DG(Prisons) w.e.f. 4th December, 2017. W.P.(CRL) 3027/2017
The petitioner having been granted furlough for a period of three weeks, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner on the prayer sought in the present petition.
The petition is dismissed.
