O R D E R

% 29.09.2015 The petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground of illness of his parents and wife.

It is submitted that the wife of the petitioner is scheduled to be operated (for discectomy) on 4.10.2015.

It has further been stated that during the operation two units blood might be required and there would be a necessity of male attendant at the time of the operation. The aforesaid submissions have been verified by the counsel of the Narcotics Control Bureau and it is found that the wife of the petitioner is to be operated on 4.10.2015.

Under such circumstances, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner as an interim measure for a period of 7 days from the day of his release. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount to the

satisfaction of the Trial Court for a period of clear seven days to be counted from the date of his release and coinciding with the date of operation, i.e.4.10.2015.

The petitioner shall surrender after the expiry of seven days before the jail authorities. Any delay on the part of the petitioner to surrender before the jail authorities would be viewed very seriously. At the time of release, the petitioner would furnish his mobile telephone number and the mobile telephone number of the sureties to the Superintendent of Narcotics Control Bureau and the SHO of the concerned Police Station.
