This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:

"a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the Respondent thereby directing the Respondent No. 1 to hand over the possession of flat allotted in terms of draw of lot held on 20.08.2008;

b) Issue appropriate writ, order/direction thereby setting aside the report of SDM (Punjabi Bagh), if any holding the Petitioner inThe authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. eligible for the issuance of possession letter; c) Issue appropriate writ, order/direction thereby setting aside the cancellation of allotment of the Petitioner, if any;..." 2.

Mr. Jain, learned counsel for the respondent No.3/GNCTD, has shown me a letter bearing dispatch No. 9110 dated 22.05.2023, wherein it has been stated that the case of the petitioner has been recommended for giving possession of the flat under draw No. 201/2008. 3.

In this view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive.

The petitioner shall approach the concerned authority for allotment of its flat and completion of procedural formalities which shall be done expeditiously, if not already done.

The letter handed over in the Court is taken on record. 6.
