% 01.11.2017 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same before the Central Administrative Tribunal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time in pursuing the matter under the Industrial Dispute Act and this Court may be excluded by the Central Administrative Tribunal at the time of filing of the petition by the petitioner before it.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Central Administrative Tribunal may exclude the time consumed in pursuing the matter under the Industrial Dispute Act as well as herein this Court while entertaining the petition of the petitioner, if any.
