JUDGMENT

06.12.2018 SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL) 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner has undergone a surgery as was advised by the doctor on 05.12.2018.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 16.11.2018 in Bail Appln.2665/2018 is extended for a further period of three weeks from today on the same terms and conditions.

The petitioner shall surrender on the expiry of the period of BAIL APPLN. 2817/2018

three weeks from today to the concerned Superintendent Jail. 4.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 5.
