Mr. Ram Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the North Delhi Municipal Corporation, submits that the Corporation does not intend to seal the petitioner's property.

He submits that the writ petition could be disposed of, at present, subject to the petitioner functioning without violating the provisions of the Master Plan of Delhi 2021.

In any case, in view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the North Delhi Municipal Corporation, the grievance in this writ petition does not survive.
